  1. Congratulations on this extraordinary blogging spot.

I am doing an investigation and I found the following information about the match, Argentina 6-3 Mexico, and I want to know if you have information about it.

The Bolivian referee Ulises Salcedo, would have decreed five penalties:
23’) Óscar Bonfiglio saves the shot by the Argentine Fernando Paternoster
30’) Adolfo Zumelzú, cannot convert for the South Americans either
42’) the Mexican Manuel Rosas, achieves the only successful execution
65’) Manuel Rosas shoots, but Ángel Bossio blocks, on the rebound, Rosas himself scores.
72’) again Manuel Rosas charges and fails.

I would appreciate any information you have about it.

    Successes

    Atte.

    1. Hi Carlos,
Apologies for the delay in reply to your comment. The notifications go to an email I rarely use. It is my understanding that only three penalties were taken.
      1. Bonfiglio saves from Paternoster.
      2. Rosas scores against Bossio.
      3. Bossio saves from Rosas. Rosas scores from rebound.

I would be interested to learn where you received your information from. I read previously about the five penalties but no reference to who took the other two. Im more than happy to search my archives some of which have yet to be fully translated and share them with you.
